Prints

Prints are ether shipped in a sturdy envelope or are rolled and shipped in a tube, depending on size. Please allow 3-5 business days to process the order and have it ready for shipping.

Original Art Pieces 

All original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped worldwide. Please allow 3-5 business days to process the order and have it ready for shipping. All Paintings on stretched canvas being shipped outside of Canada and the United States, are removed from the stretcher bars and are shipped rolled. Once received, it is the customers responsibility to bring the rolled canvas painting to a local framer to professionally mount it onto stretcher bars again.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Calgary AB. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

Duties & Taxes

Original paintings, paper and canvas prints rolled or framed, going outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Atelier Sophie Lefebvre is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you have any issues tracking your order or you think it might be lost, please contact us at hello@ateliersophie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
